STAINLESS STEEL SPROCKETS
We stock a full line of ANSI one strand 304-grade stainless steel sprockets both as A-Plate style and B-Hub design. We maintain these on the shelf as regular stock bores. However, we can supply sprockets with finished bores thanks to our fast-reaction internal industrial machine store. Typically our sprockets are produced out of 304 grade stainless steel, but 316 as well as a few additional grades are available upon request.
We can also supply a wide variety of specialty and dual strand stainless steel sprockets. Of the examples below the sprocket on the left is a dual strand roller chain sprocket and the sprocket on the right is a specialty customized manufactured stainless sprocket that is used in a conveying app.

This 25B10SS stainless sprocket is manufactured to ANSI specifications and is constructed out of 304-grade stainless for corrosion resistance, strength, durability, and also to have the ability to work in low to high temperatures.
